To all our customers,
We would like to thank you for your continued support and understanding regarding the difficult issues around looking after your pets and the care and safety that we are having to observe due to Covid19.
We will continue to offer a service from our Thame Hospital, but this service will be restricted.
There will be no vaccinations either primary or booster. If you have a pet that has been fully vaccinated, we are reassured by our vaccine suppliers that they are content for boosters to be postponed for six months. If you have an unvaccinated puppy or kitten, one that has not yet completed its first course of vaccinations we would advise you that your own home territory or confined garden will allow a sufficiently safe exercise area.
We will arrange telephone or video consultations for all concerned and the triage procedure undertaken by our vets will determine if your pet has a life endangering emergency condition. If we deem this to be the case, then we will see your pet at the Thame hospital whilst you wait in the car. We will not be undertaking house visits.
Any medications that you have placed an order for, will be able to be collected in a designated time slot. Please announce your arrival by telephone and partially wind down the window of your car so that the medication can be carefully handed to you. We ask you to keep to this time as our staff will not be able to help you if you turn up out-with your expected time. In order that you have no personal contact with us, please pay by card over the telephone prior to collection.
All our Staff are dedicated to offering you the best service we can. Thank you again for your patience and adaptability.
Sprinz and Nash are proud to provide our own out-of-hours cover to ensure your pet will receive care from vets and nurses from this practice at this practice who know them and have access to their full medical records.
In an emergency out of hours call us on 01844 212000 your call will be answered. A member of staff will take your details and pass them onto our on-call veterinary surgeon.
